Our Story
We grew up on Lake Martin. Hot summer days on the water, evenings on the screened porch, the kind of childhood you can't really explain to someone who didn't have it. We know what this place means to the people who come here.
We also know what it's like to spend a Sunday morning scrubbing floors and hauling trash when you should be on the water. That last day at the lake should feel like the first one, not a to-do list.
That's why we built The Lake Concierge. A comprehensive, year-round property concierge service for homeowners who want to walk through the door and just be here. Groceries stocked, house set up just the way you like it, water mat already on the water. Pre-arrival prep, post-stay chores, landscaping, off-season maintenance. Everything your home needs when you're not there, and everything you shouldn't have to think about when you are.
So how does it work?
First things first. We meet you at your home, walk the grounds, and talk through what you need. We want to understand how your family uses the home, what your expectations look like, and whether we're the right fit for each other. If that sounds like your kind of conversation, request a consultation below. Membership this summer is limited, and that's by design. We don't overextend. We overdeliver.
For those we do take on, you'll receive an invitation to our annual membership and access to your private member portal. From there, it's simple. A few taps and your request is in our hands. Whether it's cleaning up after a long weekend, covering your boat, washing down the porch so it's ready before you arrive, setting up for your 4th of July bash. Whatever you need, we'll handle it. And as we grow, so will our list of on-demand services. So keep an eye out in your portal.
Why a full year? Because we're not a summer fling. Your property needs attention in October and January just as much as it does in July. Nobody wants to roll in on Memorial Day weekend to find busted pipes from a freeze or a pine tree laid out across the yard. That's our job. Not yours.
Core Services
Like most lake home owners, you spend most of your summer at the lake. We are here to make sure that when you arrive you can jump straight to the good part, and when it's time to go you can leave the mess to us. Core services are free to schedule with your membership in season. So, from May through September you will have the ability to schedule any cleanings, linen turnovers, landscaping, or washings. It also includes the off-season package: a winter deep clean, storm checks, and preventative maintenance. Find out more in our services section.
On-Demand Services
It's happened to us many times: "Oh no, we forgot to pick up ice!" Don't worry, we got it. Inside your portal you will also see a section for on-demand services. As we continue to grow these options will expand to make sure no chore is too big. While these will not be free with your subscription, they will be available for purchase as an a la carte offering throughout the season. From grocery stocking to our boat valet service, we want to make sure you are busy making memories.
