Last Labor Day, I was sitting on the screened porch of my parent's lake house enjoying the sunset. My Mom came rushing around the corner. She was holding a scrubber and some towels with a panicked look on her face. We all know the feeling when Mom decides it's time to clean up...

Everyone groaned, "Can't we just enjoy the last sunset of the summer?" 

"No" she snapped, "we have to have the house ready for the guests staying here next week."

There has to be a better way, I thought! I've learned as I get older just how important those moments with loved ones really are. No one should spend those final fleeting moments of relaxation ripped away.

The Lake Concierge was created out of this idea. The lake is a place for memories to be made, and life to be taken less seriously. To take the hassle out of the vacation, Tyler Watts and I decided it was time to make the idea a reality. 

​

Tyler and I grew up in the same col-de-sac in Alex City, just into town from the lake. With two sisters each, we were the brothers to each other that we never had. We spent 18 years making memories, and trouble, together around the lake before parting ways upon our graduation The University of Alabama and Auburn University. We are very excited to be partners again representing the Lake Martin locals and making the lake life as enjoyable for others as it has been for us.
